Our guarantee is simple.

We guarantee that the product we deliver will be well built, solid and free from defects when you receive it. If it is damaged when you receive the product, we will replace it. Inspect it carefully upon arrival, we think you will be impressed with what you find.

HOWEVER, as you can imagine, we cannot guarantee against anything a dog might do to the bed. Should you find a problem when you open the package, do not let your dog use the bed. Once you set the bed out for your dog to lie on, the guarantee ends.
